Maybe they could have tied their app to a dns relative path or services and not Amazon's. Then the domain could be relocated, but hopefully some one else could not have grabbed it. Or maybe a 3rd party IP pointer. It probably is technically possible to serve a revised app and if you had the data files you could get it up pretty fast, but it may take a lot of manipulation if it relied on a API of some sort that was running on AWS. Then you have the problem of serving a possibly illegal public media. Oh I guess they did that already.

I personally wouldn't feel so unsettled by this if Twitter didn't have similar breaches of contract such as the "Assassinate Trump" hashtag and similar. That said, if people don't have to do things that actively support the activity of a person of a protected characteristic because they disagree with it on the grounds of a protected characteristic, I find it hard to see why someone or a company can't do the same thing when there is no protected characteristic in play.

American policy is focusing in the wrong place to encourage electric cars. Competition will create lower prices. Rather than subsidising the purchase of cars with tax credits we should be 1. Requiring all manufactures to use the same charge plug. 2. Build infrastructure by creating charging stations. Particularly in some remote areas to allow someone with an electric car with a 200 mile range to actually drive cross country and charge along the way. Building more charge stations will make people less afraid of buying an electric car and encourage more competition to build them.

Objection. Trump didn't falsfy it. I live in the Florida Panhandle and so we were watching what Dorian was doing and the weather officials also said that at first. So Trump was only reporting on what was believed at the time. We thought it was headed this way. I didn't watch Trump's report so I didn't know he said this I was watching the Weather Channel like I do everytime a hurricane is possibly headed this way and they were saying the samething at the time. In the beginning all forcasts are going to be wrong. For example they said Katrina was going to hit the Florida Panhandle and we made reservations to go to Biloxi. The next day they moved the forcast west. Every two or three weeks last year we were threatened by a hurricane. Some of the projected paths had us in the cone at first. In some cases we stayed in the cone and some cases the the cone was moved and we were no longer in it.
