I’ve seen some cooks say certain types of pans can’t be preheated. Or heated at all without food in them. Is there any way you can talk about that. If it’s true and if so, how we know which we can do that with. I want to make these but just have a Teflon skillet. Is that ok to preheat? And what happens when you preheat some pans that makes it not safe?

I’m from Oklahoma. We make onion burgers at home all the time. Your burger looked delicious! The only things that would make it more authentic, is to replace the mayo with mustard, and to fry both the onions and the beef a little harder.

I agree about Martha Stewart I like her she stood up took her punishment and didnt whine about. I think they were a little hard on her myself. She never been in trouble before and I seen people do a lot worse and never get prison time. Martha just did what many others did she just go caught. I think probation or house arrest would have been fine as punishment Martha didnt need prison she new she was wrong and I think she learned her lesson before she went to prison... i love cheese burgers I like mushrooms but it together yuck and I hate mayonnaise. mustard and ketchup mixed together or a1 steak sauce. personally I don't like bacon on my cheese burgers because no matter how much bacon you put on it you can't hardly taste the bacon and no soy sauce or garlic in my opinion. soy sau e I'd great on chinese food and garlic is awsome in italian food but good old mustard and ketchup or good steak sauce like a1 in my opinion is the best
