There should be no way to proove this with computers. You need not just enought accuracy for the last integer digit but enought for all following digits as well. This is not possible. It dosn't matter how well you know pi or how jucy your CPUs are.

I thought it was much simpler... 😅 I thought they'd just map out the circumference of the country (including the curvature of earth in the findings), find the center of the shape of the country, use the irregular radius (at any point on the circumference of the shape) and the center of the shape to get a scale that maps real world to digital world, then use some fancy integration to find the FLAT surface area... 🤔 Then find some mountains and high terrains, find their area (I would try again how, but too much typing), subtract their flat surface area and add their defined surface area... And bam!! You have yourself the total surface area for a country... 😅

Also, am I right to assume that there's no particular reason to assume that it should be an integer in the first place? It's really close to real value, closer than any of the 3 most common approximation, and it stays really close to real value. At ratio 1:5000, it is still below an error of 1).
