I am impressed with your perseverance and amount the two of you have accomplished. Just a thought, I have done a lot of renovations and builds. Like you I have done it myself, but the part that took the longest and was not fun at all was the taping of drywall. It takes a long time and that’s the only thing I would suggest contracting out. Not to discourage you but to me it is worth it. Stay having fun.
