I get Destiny's point about leading someone on being comparable to minor sexual assault in terms of harm caused, but you also have to consider intentions. Sexual assault happens out of malice and lack of respect, at best, maybe confusion/ignorance. Leading someone on can definitely be malicious but I find more often it comes from anxiety and fear of confrontation or losing a friendship, as well as naivety/selfishness that causes lack of consideration of the other person. It also happens a lot when the guilty party is deeply scared of the other person, which I can't imagine is ever a motivator for sexual assault. I think it would've been more fair if he had compared leading somebody on to other forms of emotional manipulation.
