Guys. lost crazy amounts of weight does not need to be hard (I used to think it did). I'll give you some tips now. Look for a popular weight loss secrets called Okibetonic Secrets (google search it). Thanks to it I have lost tons of weight. I should not even be talking about it cause I do not want a bunch of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever. I'm just in a great mood today and so I will share the wealth haha.

I recently finished the 30 day challenge. I’m a 72 year old woman and I did take yoga classes 20 years ago but had not kept up with it. I absolutely loved it and after the first 6 or 7 days when my shoulders didn’t hurt so bad I started to really look forward to it. I was nowhere as graceful or as strong as Adrienne but you can get great benefits from yoga no matter how well yo do it. I’m continuing to do yoga every day and plan to start a new 30 day challenge soon.

I gave up my contemporary dancing due to personal issue but after 6 years of taking break am 18 now I don't wanna lose the talent what I have got so now am 18 I am going to start my journey but before going into any streams of workout of body we should be flexible and more freely moved body parts so before starting my contemporary dance journey my one of the teacher recommend me to learn and do the stretches so. I need a good instructor to do my exercise journey successful as I got my teacher here from today I gonna do day 30 challenge with her and get back my flexibility all......... Hope for best😊😇☺

This is the first time I did this , 2021, and I cried so much during the first 10 minutes when I felt how stiff my joints were, how constricted my body felt. I know I will do all the 30 days and not be desperate when I cant do some of the basic stuff ( too fat and 52 years old). Thank you so much!!

This is my second day completing day 1, still very challenging for me. Is it better to just run through the 30!days straight if you are a beginner with a lot of joint pain or should I do each day multiple times before progressing to the next? I do feel really good after completing what I can 😁

So if you’re new to all of this. Would it be better to do each of the videos and just stop when you have to give up, and move onto the next video the following day. Or would it be better to keep doing the same video every day until you can keep up and complete each video before moving to the next? (Or is there a better set of videos I should be starting with to build the initial strength?)

My honest feeling today when I found myself at this video was surprise in myself for doing something so good for just me. I haven't allowed myself to feel this surprise as much has it is genuine. I think I have found myself getting into a habit of not allowing myself to feel surprised because of perfectionism, and "of course I'd do this!" But the surprise feels really freeing. Thank you so much Adrianne. I’ve tried to get into yoga so many times to calm my mind but I’ve never enjoyed it until I tried this class. At one point in this video I even got goosebumps! I know I’m going to get so much out of this 30 days ❤️

Day 1 Challenge: Yoga With Adriene - Ease Into It. This was a good way to get a fresh fitness challenge started. It's been a long time since I've moved my body with deliberation and focus on myself. It felt rather awkward initially, but I listened and kept up with it. This routine is a good way to get back into the swing of things and come to terms with self awareness and moving deliberately. There is a lot of delicious stretching of just about every part of your body. And there were several moments that had me shaking and produced a burn. Got a good comfortable ache in my core. However, it was not a complicated routine to follow. That's a good thing on day one and with a video titled "Ease Into It". Feels good to get moving again. Namaste. (Posted on personal day 2, written on day 1)

First time I ever felt encouraged to continue with yoga. I was born with high muscle tone and have been very stiff ever since. Every time I tried yoga, I felt like a failure because I couldn't even get close to the official poses. I feel like that's totally OK here--I can just do what I am able, and gradually work up to it. Finally, at age 53, I think I will be able to stick with this program, after many false starts over the years!

Day 1 journal entry: 1st day of something new. I really hope this helps, Lately I've become more stiff overweight mainly due to lack of movements in not exercising in a hurt shoulder I am hoping Yoga help me regain some strength and flexibility ive lost and loose some weight weight. So far it's been pretty simple not too rigorous not too exhausting. Through the breathing techniques and just being in the moments im able to listen to my body and find where it hurts the most where it's the most tense going through this video I slowly become more flexible more relaxed in less in pain in certain positions. I don't feel too sore now I hope the rest of the 30 days will be just as relaxing. Because of my job I don't know if I can do these yoga classes 30 day straight I might have to do two videos a week. I hope I can commit to this challenge and completed It.

it's my first day today, and after completing this, i dont really feel as if there have been big changes. and maybe that's why I've been feeling bad about myself when doing those hiit workouts. i always feel like i have to experience something big during the first day, but through this yoga session, when she told me to just give myself permission to do nothing, i felt relaxed. i dont want to think of this as a workout or anything. i just want to be better. thanks for this video! will do day 2 tomorrow :)

Hey. I know these vids are 5+ years and you may not read this but yesterday I started this 30 day challenge of yoga. I've done yoga before but this time I'm commiting to it. I've never done yoga with a professional so alot of the moves that you are doing hurt me since I'm still overweight. So i decided to do my own challenge. This is day 2 on day 1 for a whole week. I want to learn and learn how to breathe properly so i wanted to say thank you for your vids. My boyfriend my not like your style but i do.

My doctor recommended yoga due to health reasons. I've spent the last year working from home due to COVID, doing no exercise and working long hours. I am on week 3 and have been doing Adriene's yoga for beginners every day. I am just starting the 30 days of yoga and I am thoroughly enjoying it. Physically I am feeling a lot better and mentally, it's just what I need after a long stressful day at work. I would highly recommend these videos to anyone who wants to get into yoga.

I was sooo exhausted and stressed from all the corona fuss and work, and this was AMAZING to start yoga up again. So mindfull soft and really starting small, but that is wat made it so great. How much you already feel in that it is needed in those small movements

My hips and knees, especially on my right side are in a lot of pain when sitting Indian style. It's not a position I can seem to get comfortable in - I have tendonitis and arthritis. Any suggestions? I really want to get into Yoga but it's really painful and making it hard to stay with it

Hi Adriene. Exactly a year ago, this was the first video I ever watched on your channel. It was one of the first few times I'd ever tried yoga. Through this challenging year, a constant in my life has been my YWA practice. I honestly cannot thank you enough for making these videos publicly available. No matter my mood, or need there's a video on your channel for it. Outside of giving me a way to regularly exercise indoors, practicing yoga through your videos has helped me manage stress and anxiety. I can't tell you how light and calm I feel sometimes when I am in Shavasana. I used to consider that pose as just relaxing but with time, I've realised how important even that is! I guess this is my attempt of expressing my gratefulness for this f channel. I can say that following YWA videos regularly for the past lyear has made my life a lot better. Outside of just the yoga, some of things you say in your videos has made me realise the importance of accepting and also being kind to oneself. Thank you!!!

I just started this challenge after seeing reviews online. I've wanted to try and find patience and self care again and just learn to relax a chill out. I honestly loved every minutes and I've never realised just house tense my back and muscles were until I cracked almost everything haha.
